Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, certain words carry specific meanings. Understanding them will help you follow the rest of this document clearly.

Account Registration

To access any real-money features on 99aba, you must create a registered account. The registration process is straightforward but comes with obligations that protect both you and the platform.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your real name, mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false details is a breach of these Terms.
• Each person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) 99aba account. Opening additional accounts to exploit promotions, bypass limits, or for any other reason is prohibited. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and balances may be voided.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any verification codes — confidential. 99aba will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to protect their credentials.
• You must notify 99aba immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at support@99aba.biz.
• Accounts may be subject to identity verification (KYC) at any stage. 99aba reserves the right to request supporting documentation including a CNIC copy, utility bill, or payment method verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in the account being suspended pending verification.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow another person to use your 99aba account under any circumstances.

Eligibility

Access to the 99aba platform and its real-money services is restricted. Before registering, please confirm that you meet all of the following eligibility requirements.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and will be enforced through identity verification processes. If it is discovered at any point that a player is or was underage at the time of registration, the account will be permanently closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited. 99aba reserves the right to report such cases to relevant authorities.

Deposits and Payments

99aba supports a range of payment methods that are common and accessible in Pakistan. All deposits are processed in PKR.

Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. There is no upper limit set by 99aba for deposits, though your payment provider may impose its own transfer limits.

• Deposits must come from payment methods that belong to you. Using another person's Easypaisa account, bank account, or card to fund your 99aba wallet is not permitted and will trigger a verification hold.
• 99aba does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own transaction charges — those are outside 99aba's control.
• Funds deposited into your 99aba account are held in your PKR wallet and are available for use immediately after the deposit is confirmed on the platform.
• If a deposit does not reflect in your account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit for the same amount without first confirming the status of the original transaction.
• 99aba reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if it cannot be verified, if it originates from a suspicious source, or if it is associated with fraudulent activity. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method.

Withdrawals

99aba is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible. For the vast majority of players, standard withdrawals to Easypaisa or JazzCash clear within minutes of the request being submitted.

• The minimum withdrawal amount from a 99aba account is Rs 200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by 99aba for standard verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may require enhanced verification.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods that are registered in your own name. You cannot withdraw to another person's Easypaisa account, JazzCash wallet, or bank account.
• Before a withdrawal request is approved, 99aba may require that identity verification (KYC) is complete. Players who have not submitted required documents may face a temporary hold on withdrawal until verification is finalised.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Once the requirement is satisfied, the resulting winnings convert to real money and are withdrawable in the normal way.
• If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard processing period, contact 99aba support with your withdrawal reference. Do not submit a duplicate withdrawal request, as this can create processing complications.
• 99aba reserves the right to carry out additional due diligence checks on withdrawal requests of unusually large amounts or on accounts that show suspicious activity patterns. These checks are carried out to protect both players and the integrity of the platform.
• In the event that a withdrawal is made in error — for example, if incorrect details were submitted — it is the player's responsibility to notify support immediately. 99aba will assist where possible but cannot guarantee recovery of funds already transferred to incorrect third-party accounts.

Bonuses and Promotions

99aba runs regular promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spin credits, and tournament entry incentives. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in the specific promotion, and to the general bonus policy below.

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times is a breach of these Terms.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is displayed in the promotion terms before the offer is accepted. Wagering requirements must be met using eligible games — some games contribute at reduced rates or not at all toward clearing a wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds and real money funds in your 99aba wallet are kept separately in terms of withdrawal eligibility. Real money deposits are always withdrawable (subject to standard verification); bonus funds become withdrawable only once wagering requirements are met.
• 99aba reserves the right to remove a bonus from a player's account if it was claimed fraudulently, through a duplicate account, or in violation of any promotion-specific terms. Any winnings derived from a fraudulently claimed bonus are also subject to forfeiture.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any uncompleted wagering requirement at the time of bonus expiry will result in the bonus balance being removed from the account.
• 99aba reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to a promotion before its modification are subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of opt-in.

Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

The integrity of the 99aba platform depends on all players engaging honestly. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

• Use of automated tools: Scripts, bots, macros, or any form of automated software that interacts with 99aba games or betting markets on a player's behalf is not permitted.
• Collusion: In games that involve multiple players (such as Ludo or live poker variants), working with other players to gain an unfair advantage over remaining participants is strictly forbidden.
• Exploitation of software errors: If a game, feature, or pricing error clearly advantages a player in a way that is not consistent with normal operation, the player is obligated to cease play and report the error to support. Any winnings generated through exploitation of known errors may be void.
